Allan Cubitt is presently working on Season 3 of the BBC’s breakout TV show The Fall which he created and writes. Current projects also include the feature film adaptation of Eugene McCabe’s novel Death And Nightingales.
Allan’s previous television work includes The Boys Are Back In Town (starring Clive Owen), Sherlock Holmes – The Case Of The Silk Stocking (starring Rupert Everett), Sherlock Holmes – The Hound Of The Baskervilles (starring Richard E. Grant), Darwin, Anna Karenina, Painted Lady (starring Helen Mirren), All For Love, The Hanging Gale and the Emmy Award winning and BAFTA nominated Prime Suspect II.
Allan also currently has a play commission with the Royal National Theatre. Previous stage work includes The Pool Of Bethesda (Winner: Thames Television Best Play and Best Production Awards for 1990) and Winter Darkness.
