Tailored Films have a number of feature projects in development with the Board. The Company’s slate includes a diverse mix of horror, thriller, sci-fi and children’s projects, as well as innovative cross media concepts.
Tailored Films is an award winning corporate and creative video production company based in the heart of Dublin. It was established in 2006 by film degree graduates Ruth Treacy and Julianne Forde. Since then, it has built a strong reputation in developing and producing high impact, cost effective promotional, educational and training videos. The Company approaches all projects in a fresh, creative and innovative manner. There is a story at the heart of every video and the team at Tailored are passionate about bringing this to life through film. The ethos is ‘brand building through film’.
In 2009 Tailored Films began producing creative / TV content in conjunction with corporate content. In 2010, the company produced the award winning web-series ‘Zombie Bashers’ which was winner of the prestigious RTE Storyland prize that year. With the same director (Conor McMahon) on board, they produced their first award winning Irish Film Board funded feature film ‘Stitches’ (comedy horror about a killer clown) in 2012. This was theatrically released in over 100 cinemas in the UK and Ireland, and it sold worldwide (now available to view on Netflix) Tailored Films have also produced 5 x children’s TV series for RTE; Life Lessons, Tim’s Tactical Tips, Spooky Stakeout Season 1 & 2 and Miss Mogul. Spooky Stakeout was aired on TV and had the highest engagement ratings on RTE’s app Swipe TV. Based on the popularity of the series, it was subsequently been made into a feature film in 2016 (sales agents MPI). Tailored Films have just completed post production on their latest feature film ‘The Lodgers’. The company is also busily working away on a number of creative online video projects for corporate clients.
