Tom has been Writing Producing and Directing drama for more than 30 years, initially for the BBC and then independently. He directed Peter O’Toole in the film version of Jeffrey Bernard is Unwell; Simon Callow in the TV series, A Christmas Dickens; Roger Moore, Luke Perry,  Horst Bucholz and Olivia D’Abo in The Enemy; and Tom Conti in the West End play Jesus, My Boy.

His film productions include Sam Neill, James Fox, Art Malik and Talisa Soto in Hostage; Kiefer Sutherland in Eye of the Killer; and Daryl Hannah and Tom Conti in Blind Revenge. Recent writing projects include script doctoring Colonia, starring Emma Watson and Daniel Bruhl, and co-writing The Carer, starring Brian Cox, Emilia Fox, Anna Chancellor and Coco Koenig.

He is currently collaborating with Andy Briggs on a long-form drama series about Shanghai.
