with Luke Ryan
“Transmedia” – what does it mean? As media platforms continue to evolve it’s becoming possible for writers to do much more than simply write a screenplay … There are many ways to present and deliver your story across the web and traditional media – and Luke Ryan is the expert to show you.
Luke Ryan’s seminar on Transmedia and Multi-Platform design at the LSF in 2012 was one of the most exciting and inspiring at the conference. He is currently working with people of the highest level in film, television, digital, mobile, and branded content, and will use his experience and techniques to help you understand these platforms and unlock as many of them as possible as destinations for your story.
Four lucky LSF Delegates will be chosen to roundtable their work with Luke, with specific time dedicated to each delegate’s project, allowing the group to benefit from Luke’s instruction as well as input and ideas from each other.
In the end, participants will have a thorough understanding of storytelling techniques across multiple media platforms as well as an idea of how to build a “bible” that organizes all of these ideas into a single coherent franchise proposal.
Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to become a creator of a world that can become commercially and culturally viable in a number of different formats.
