Enrico Tessarin is a UK-based writer, producer and executive producer with over twenty years’ experience delivering commercially driven content across film, television and digital platforms. A graduate of the London Film School, he began in advertising and music videos before setting up Fourth Passenger, where he was part of the team delivering ‘Sofia’s Diary’, the first web series ever broadcast on British television, positioning himself at the forefront of the digital-to-TV convergence ahead of the wider market. In 2010, he co-founded Pinch Media, building a slate of internationally recognised series, feature films and documentaries, achieving global sales and accolades including an Emmy nomination, a BIFA longlist and a United Nations Innovation Award.
Across his career, he has worked on over 10 feature films with budgets ranging from £250K to £5M, including productions for Amazon and several feature documentaries, including ‘Shoot the People’ directed by BAFTA winner Andy Mundy Castle and featuring Oscar-nominated Misan Harriman. As a writer, he has developed and written three feature films and several tv projects, most recently City of Masks, directed by vertical breakout talent Andrea M Catinella—marking the first UK vertical production also developed as a feature film, bridging two rapidly converging formats. Enrico is now a lead producer and investor in vertical content, working with top-tier international talent to develop scalable, high-growth IP. He runs the Pegasus Fund in the UK, specialising in vertical productions, and the Zaituna Fund, supporting projects across the Middle East.
He is also the founder of Shorts2Features, a global filmmaking network, and regularly supports emerging bold creators through development and financing. Finally, Enrico teaches film-production at Royal Holloway University in London (Head of Course legendary producers Linda James and David Thompson) and Guanxi University of Finance in Nanning, China.
