Do I get access to all seminars with my pass?
Yes, you have access to all sessions on a first-come, first-seated basis. A few sessions max out every year, but we give you advance notice of the most popular so you can get there early. Some events are ‘sign up’ only (such as Script Labs, PitchFest, Script Surgery etc) as they are one-on-one or small group sessions. We now stream all sessions too, so if you miss any, you will get a chance to catch them online later.

Do I get access to speakers?
Most speakers are happy to chat to delegates. Many attend our social functions too.  After many sessions there are roundtable ‘script chats’ with our speakers where you will be able to get more intimate ‘face time’ with them.

How do I get to the venue?
If the festival takes place at Regent’s University, it is located in Regents Park, with the nearest tube being Baker Street. We have detailed maps and directions on here. 

Why is the schedule not live yet?
The schedule starts to get fully populated towards the end of August. This is because many speakers wont commit to a day and time until much closer to the time. As we have to juggle so many sessions and speakers, there are often one two sessions that move around, and also some sessions that come online due to unexpected speaker availability.

Do you offer day passes?
No, for a number of logistical reasons we are unable to offer day passes.

I need to transfer my ticket to someone else. How do I do that?
Please contact info@londonswf.com and let us know who you would like to transfer your ticket to. Be sure to include your ticket holder information as well as the full name and email address of the person you wish to transfer it to.

Why don’t you have all your speakers and sessions posted yet?
We’re updating our website as we get speakers and workshops lined up. Keep checking back and you’ll see the list grow!

I’m a student, is there a discount?
There are no individual student discounts, but there are group-booking rates available for groups of 5+. Contact info@londonswf.com for more information.

How do I book my pitching place?
First you need to buy a pass. Pitchfest booking goes live on Saturday 27th March at 10am and you will be invited to select the session in which you will pitch. Pitching is NOT open to non-delegates.

How do I book my place on one of the script labs or other similiar initiatives?
Once you have bought a ticket, you will start to get emails about how to submit. There is a list of what they are and the various deadlines here. Remember you will need a ticket before applying for any initiative. Get your pass here.

Can I volunteer for the festival?
Yes. However, please note that as a volunteer, you will be expected to work at the festival. Additionally, members of the LSF team are not permitted to pitch at Pitchfest or participate in the festival as delegates. That said, if you volunteer full-time for all three days, you’ll receive a free LSF ticket for the following year’s festival. Volunteers will also receive a daily per diem. What is LSFConnect?
It’s like our own private social media where delegates can network. It becomes very active in the weeks running up to the festival. Once you purchase your pass, you’ll receive an invitation to join. The platform also gives you access to our extensive library of over 1,000 recorded sessions from previous festivals.

What if I cannot attend?
You can get a 90% refund up to midnight on January 1st 2027. Beyond that there are no refunds, though you can resell your ticket or gift it.We no longer offer rollovers to other festivals.
