Do I get access to all seminars with my pass?
Yes. Some events are ‘sign up’ only (such as labs, pitching, reading) as they are one-on-one sessions. You will be eligible to apply for all these sessions. We film most sessions too, so if you miss any, you will get a chance to catch them online later.
Do I get access to speakers?
Most speakers are happy to chat to delegates. Many attend our social functions too. After many sessions there are roundtable ‘script chats’ with our speakers where you will be able to get more intimate ‘face time’ with them.
How do I get to the venue?
Regents College is in Regents park. The nearest tube is Baker Street. We have detailed maps and directions on the website.
Why is the schedule now live yet?
The schedule goes live at the beginning of October. As we have to juggle so many sessions and speakers, there are often one two sessions that move around, and also some sessions that come online due to unexpected speaker availability.
Do you offer day passes?
No, for a number of logistical reasons we are unable to offer day passes.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel you can get a full refund up until 30 days prior the Festival. After that point we can no longer offer refunds. However, tickets are transferable. We will charge a small fee for refunds to cover transaction fees. This fee will depend on the method used for your initial payment and the refund route.
I need to transfer my ticket to someone else. How do I do that?
Simply send us an email and tell us what you wish to do. We will need all the same information you provided when you purchased your ticket from the person whom you wish to transfer it to.

We’re updating our website as we get speakers and workshops lined up. Keep checking back and you’ll see the list grow!
I’m a student, is there a discount?
There are no individual student discounts, but there are group-booking rates available for groups of 5+. Contact info@londonswf.com for more information.
How do I book my pitching place?
First you need to buy a pass. Approximately one month before the festival the Pitching event will open and you will be invited to select the session in which you will pitch. Pitching is NOT open to non delegates.
How do I book my place on one of the script labs?
Once you have bought a ticket, you will be eligible to enter the selection process for the labs. We will send you an email about this once the labs are open (around late September / early October).
Can I volunteer for the festival?
All our volunteer positions are full for 2012 now.
What is the online delegate network?
It’s like our own private Facebook where delegates can network. It becomes very active in the weeks running up to the festival. You will be sent an invite after you buy your pass.
