Jo has directed numerous and critically acclaimed short films that have screened at BAFTA, BIFA and Oscar recognised festivals. She was awarded a directing mentorships on KILLING EVE for BBC | AMC and TRIGGER POINT for ITV. Jo’s latest TV work on Call the Midwife for Neal Street Productions | Netflix USA was longlisted for a National TV Award for drama performance.
In 2024, she established Mermaid Pictures with Sara Gibbings for the production of their joint scripted slates. They are currently in late development with a feature film set to shoot in June.
Under Aston Management, Jo continues to develop and nurtured talent on both sides of the camera.
