Myrto has over 20 hours of prime-time broadcast television work. She served as Lead Director on four successful drama and romantic comedy series (scripted/single-camera formats) in South Africa. Prior to directing Myrto worked in production and script supervising. In 2023 she founded Kinemyr Films, under which she has completed four UK short films. Currently she is developing additional projects as co-productions between the UK and South Africa.
