NICOLA QUILTER is an English-Australian film maker and script consultant living in London.
She wrote and co-directed TREASURE for the BBC’s Culture InQuarantine with Robert Del Maestro. Nicola has signed a co-production deal with StoryFirst for her TV series COMBUSTIONE. She was commissioned to write OUT OF TIME for Lord Michael Dobbs (HouseofCards) and TEN DAYS with Canadian/American show runner Ian Weir. She is currently working on DOWNPOUR a near-fi feature film, and an a forensic psychologist series, THEPROFILER.
Recently, she transplanted the HBO show, MERCHANT OF CRIME, from Finland to Boston. Her short films have been screened in festivals all over the world. In a previous life, she was an actor.
