What is it? An opportunity to meet and chat with powerful agents, executives and active producers; the people who have the power to make your projects happen.
When is it? Pitchfest takes place on the Thursday (before the festival) and on the Friday (during the festival).
How do I book? All ticketholders will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to book a PitchFest slot. Bookings will open on Saturday 27th March at 10am.

Who Wants to Hear YOUR Pitch?
60 professionals from over 50 companies heard pitches last year leading to hundreds of script requests. Execs, producers, directors and agents have attended from these companies in many of our previous years.

How Does It Work?
Execs will be confirmed over the weeks running up to the festival.
As a ticketholder, you have the opportunity to put yourself forward to pitch your project to agents, producers or commissioners at our exciting in-person event during the festival weekend.
This means face-to-face time with the very people who could launch your career, option your script, or offer insight into your projects and how to improve your pitching techniques.
Who Can You Expect to be Present?
We have invited top players from the British TV and Film industry, as well as hungry and emerging producers looking for new relationships.

NOTE places are limited so please be ready to book your Pitching Slot, and make sure to strategise before the big day.
Here’s How It Works
- Get Your Pass: Purchase your festival pass to participate.
- Make a Pitch List: Check out the producers, execs, and agents. Decide who you’d like to pitch to. (The final list of pitchees will be available about four weeks before the event.)
- Prepare Your Pitch: Research your chosen pitchees and practice your pitch.
- Book your slot: All ticketholders will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to book a PitchFest slot. Bookings will open on Saturday 27th March at 10am, so be ready to secure your slot as soon as PitchFest booking goes live.
- Arrive on Time: Show up promptly on the day; you’ll receive instructions on how the event will run.
- Be Ready: Get plenty of rest, stay focused, and bring your best self!
